At CodeByze, we are committed to student satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our course, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
If you request a refund within 7 days of enrollment and have attended fewer than 3 sessions, you are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees (₹500).
Refund requests between 8-15 days of enrollment are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee, minus any applicable discounts and processing fees.
No refund will be issued after 15 days of enrollment. However, students may opt for course transfer or batch change at no additional cost.
To request a refund, email support@codebyze.com with your enrollment ID, name, and reason for refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
