2. Registration & Enrollment

To enroll in any course, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Pay the applicable course fees as per the chosen payment plan
  • Accept the course schedule and attend a minimum of 80% of sessions
  • Abide by the code of conduct and classroom policies

3. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, presentations, assignments, projects, code samples, and documentation, are the intellectual property of CodeByze. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal learning purposes only. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed EMI plan before or during the enrollment period. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. CodeByze reserves the right to modify course fees with prior notice. Fees once paid are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Placement Assistance

CodeByze provides placement assistance, not a guarantee of employment. Placement assistance includes resume building, mock interviews, soft skills training, and connecting students with hiring partners. The final selection depends on the student's performance, skills, and the hiring company's requirements.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain professional behavior during classes and events
  • Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • Respect fellow students and instructors
  • Not share login credentials or course access with others
  • Complete assignments and projects with original work

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeByze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.

8. Modifications

CodeByze reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
